Department of Pediatrics MGM Medical College Indore is one of the biggest pediatric departments of anymedical college of Central India. Department runs all types of preventive and curative pediatric and neonatal health services. Currently there are 18 teaching faculties in the department with an annual intake of 20 MD Pediatrics students. Sick patients from all the strata of society come to the department for their health needs. Some of the important services provided by department include vaccination, thalassemia day care center, special malnutrition treatment unit, regional early intervention center (REIC), bone marrow transplant unit and various specialty clinics covering diseases like asthma, epilepsy, kidney disorders and high risk newborns.
